Event Type Fairs and Festivals Description Celebrate the art of the Hudson Valley and the Hudson River Skywalk, a picturesque pedestrian path which connects the historic homes and studios of master artists Thomas Cole and Frederic Church. Come to the park next to the Rip Van Winkle Bridge’s Administration Building in Catskill to view and buy artwork, participate in hands-on art lessons, and hear live music by songwriter David Temple, all in a beautiful setting overlooking the Hudson River. Consider adding more art to your day by visiting the Thomas Cole National Historic Site and Olana State Historic Site. Motorists have to be in the right lane, traveling east, in order to enter the Bridge Authority parking lot. Do not cross over lanes of traffic to enter the parking lot.
