Event Type Historic Site Tour/History Description Visitors will hear about Mount Gulian’s centuries-long history that shaped our nation, including its part in the Revolutionary War as Patriot General Von Steuben’s headquarters, and the history of generations of Verplanck family members who lived here. Our truly unique White Glove Tour allows visitors to hold and examine artifacts representing 300 years of history. Everyone will put on white, cotton, curatorial gloves before handling artifacts and documents relating to the Verplanck Family, the American Revolution, and much more. $16.00 adult, $13.00 senior (65+), $8.00 children ((6-18 yrs.) Free for children under 6 and Mount Gulian members. Membership is open to the public.
