The Cornish Trail, leaving from the trailhead at the Bull Hill Parking Lot in Cold Spring, going up to the Northgate Estate (also known as the Cornish Estate) and returning to the parking lot.

Event Type Walk/Hike Description Join the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference's Breakneck Ridge Trail Stewards on a moderate, approximately 2-mile hike to the Cornish Estate Ruins in Hudson Highlands State Park Preserve. Along the way, the stewards will educate participants on Leave No Trace principles, map-reading and navigation skills, native and invasive species, and the rich history of this extraordinary area. Please dress appropriately for the weather, wear close-toed shoes, and bring plenty of water, snacks, and other creature comforts. We look forward to exploring with you!
