Event Type Hudson River Estuary Exploration/Environmental Education Description Come check out the Hudson River at Norrie Point! "Science on the River" is our open house, where you can check out live animals, drag a net through the shallow water, pick up a rod and reel to go fishing, paddle a canoe, and explore the research and restoration of the Hudson with lots of guest scientists and experts. The event is family friendly, and there's even a kid's room for younger river enthusiasts.
