Event Type Walk/Hike Description This will be an hour and a half walk along a dirt road leading to our beaver pond. We will discuss the flora and fauna found on the preserve and share light refreshments. We will start and end at 50 Vassar Farm Lane in Poughkeepsie New York. This walk will be primarily on a dirt road with a section being along a sometimes muddy trail. Boots are recommended. We have a limited amount available to borrow. We also have an all terrain wheelchair available for use with advance notice. This walk is stroller accessible.Additional Equipment Required: This walk is wheelchair accessible using the all terrain wheelchair we have available to borrow.
