This moderate hike around Shaver Pond has some rocks and roots in the trail, as well as some small hills. Portions may be muddy depending on weather; closed toed, watertight shoes are recommended. There is a $6 per vehicle entrance fee on weekends in September after Labor Day.

Additional Information

This moderate hike around Shaver Pond has some rocks and roots in the trail, as well as some small hills.
Activities: You are also welcome to join the Friends of Grafton Lakes State Park members’ potluck to follow, 4-7pm.
Additional Equipment Required: Portions may be muddy depending on weather; closed toed, watertight shoes are recommended.
