Event Type Hudson River Estuary Exploration/Environmental Education Description Pre-registration by phone required! Do you have a child that loves the outdoors? What about one that loves bugs? Then have them become an X Kid! “X Kids use their superpowers to protect incredible animals called invertebrates.” All participants who complete their Xperience activity book will earn an X Kids badge! Thurs., Sept 8th: Bugs! What is an invertebrate? Thurs., Sept 15th: Pollinators Thurs., Sept 22nd: Nocturnal invertebrates Thurs., Sept 29th: Invertebrates in our communities & badge ceremony Programs will be held on Wed., Sept 14th, 21st, & 28th. No charge. Ages 7-12. Must be accompanied by an adult. Must attend at least the first or second session and the last session to earn the patch. Pre-register now as space is limited!
