All Day Free access to Olana’s historic interiors and free landscape tours Art and nature activities for all ages offered by 4-H, Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Master Gardeners, Hawthorne Valley, and The Sylvia Center Refreshments for purchase by local food vendors Visits with friendly farm animals Free photobooth Fun free giveaways including Stewart’s Ice Cream, Bjorn Qorn, and Hudson Valley Seed Co. packets while supplies last! 1:30pm – Mariachi Music by Trovodores de América on the East Lawn 2:30pm – Middle Eastern Music by El Asdiqaa on the East Lawn 3:30pm – Ecuadorian Folk Music and Dancing by Andes Manta on the East Lawn 5:00pm – Book Talk with Frederic Church biographer, Victoria Johnson in the Frederic Church Center fro Art & Landscape The day will conclude with a presentation by Pulitzer Prize nominated author Victoria Johnson whose biography of Frederic Church, Glorious Country, hits shelves on May 5. This book talk will be hosted in the Frederic Church Center for Art & Landscape and will highlight how Church brought the world to America, and America to the world. Books will be for sale and a book signing with the author will follow. FREE; no registration required. Seating will be provided first-come first served and space is limited.
