etc Description Enjoy a long weekend of hiking, boating, camping, music and more over Labor Day Weekend. Everyone is Welcome! In the mornings after breakfast, we'll explore the local trails around the camp, all of which have great views. We might even find a few late blueberries or wild raspberries along the way. In the afternoons, we'll kayak around the lake exploring the quiet stretches of water at the opposite side of Breakneck Pond and hopefully see a mating pair of great blue herons. Before dinners in the Dining Hall, there will be time to go for a cooling swim in the lake or hang out on the swim dock. After dinner, we can enjoy a campfire or a sunset paddle. Everyone is welcome to join planned activities or do their own thing. Camp is accessible by public transportation and van shuttle. We are camping at the Beaver Brook Shelters and Tent Cluster. Tents may be borrowed for free from the camp. Modern bath houses are nearby. BYO or purchase meals. Register by Aug 22 for Early Bird Prices. AMC Members receive a 20% discount.
