Event Type Bike Tour Description The Albany Bicycle Coalition will be sponsoring its first Capital Corruption Bike Tour. The 8 to 9 mile ride will take about 2 to 2.5 hours with discussion stops at sites relating to political corruption and anti-corruption efforts in Albany during the 1960's and 1970's. Additional Information

The ride includes downtown city streets that are generally quiet on Saturday mornings. Most of the ride is flat, but there are some ascents between Albany's waterfront and Empire State Plaza. We have selected a route that staggers the climb and offers a stop along the way.
Additional Equipment Required: Participants must bring a properly working bicycle, a bike helmet and should feel comfortable riding on a city street.
